    Hello DestinyMaker's,

Sore from training, somewhat emotionally weakened though never to a point of despair. Days without intimacy has taken it's toll. Years of being alone makes me wonder of how i will be intergraded into another persons life or even tougher. How do I make someone apart of mine. I haven't been this alone for many years. Actually not sure I ever was. My confidence is down. I feel drained from the everyday battle I find myself in.

Again I found the strength to bike early. It was difficult to bike today because of the winds. The wind is coming from a tropical system down in central America. They say it could potentially become a hurricane. Unusual for this time of year. When the wind is in your face it makes cycling really hard. They say the winds could be here for a week. The wind could effect tennis this weekend. After cycling this morning I walked 1.5 miles and ran another 8. I lifted weights and worked on stretching.

I played tennis today against Skippy and Stretch. I feel my best during competition. If I could take that same feeling around someone I like I might have a date by now. I just feel so alive doing what others can't. I played great tennis today. Lifted my game to another level when it was needed.

Nyle continues to be seizure free. This 3 month stretch without them has been a miracle. I hope you fins a miracle in your life as well. After watching my son have thousands of seizures to none now is a great feeling. He is doing well in school and is growing at a alarming rate. I am so blessed.

Clayton's Hope sent a message to the members of Steps for Seizures.

Subject: Directions to Steps for Seizures walk

The directions for Steps for Seizures walk tomorrow (as some of you said that you needed) is as follows:
Take Route 42 south (continue straight on 42s at the split for the AC Expressway) and turn right at the 2nd light after the split (Greentree Road) follow down to Hurffville-Cross Keys Road and make a right.  The entrance to the park will be down on the left about a 1/2 mile (there is a white sign that says Washington Township and one of our white signs that reads, "Steps for Seizures").  Once in the park follow the road around, you will pass tennis courts on your right and then a large field on the left, go down the little hill and the amphetheatre and parking lot will be on your right.  Depending on what time you arrive, will determine if there will be parking in the lot.  If the lot is full there is a lot on the right before the amphetheatre and one on the left after.  See you tomorrow!

"You are welcome.  The info is badly needed.  I have learned a lot, and have dealt w/this neuro disorder/inherited, genetic, or however it comes about w/my child also.  The general population badly needs educated."
